***Body Found in Hooksett Woods***

Around 12:30pm today a body was found in the woods behind a home on Sherwood Drive in Hooksett, NH. This is also behind the Cinemagic Theaters in Hooksett on Hooksett Road. The body is said to be a girl around 13 years old although they are not sure of her exact age. (Union Leader is now reporting that it is not the body of a child but rather a young person)

Hooksett Police major crimes unit was on the scene as well as reps from Pheneuf Funeral Home with a hearse, state police, and the Attorney General's office. The case is not being treated as a homicide.

The body was found by people who had been walking in the woods. The hearse left the scene around 4:22pm. WMUR was also at the scene reporting.

There have been some rumors going around and there is a little more to the story but the information has not been released yet so I will not add that information at this time.

    God Bless this young girl!!! Pray that they get the person responsible for doing this and may they rot in hell!

    So a girl just died in the back of a movie theatre... strange how they don't mention how she died...of course they're gonna treat it that way...things like that don't happen here in NH..and the truth will come out... Why would a 13 yr old girl go wandering into the woods in the first place... by herself???

    They are now retracting their statement that it was a 13 year old girl, now they are not releasing the age or gender.
