5:25pm - PD may have the suspect in the standoff. Running down Elm, PD are yelling at him to keep his hands up. They have him in custody.
5:40pm - OVERDOSE: Engine 11 ALS 3 charlie response. Spruce and Lake. Tac 3. 4 year old male believed to have taken someone else's pills. May be unresponsive. Didn't hear the street because the PD scanner was too loud

9:25pm - PARTY TIME: Cedar Street for a possible intoxicated subject. Three males playing loud music in a red Jeep in the alley way and causing a disturbance.
